     This week the TV networks have been rolling out their schedules for the fall, which means that some TV shows aren’t going to be coming back to make room for new programs. Not many of the canceled or finished programs are shows that I watch, but check out to see if your favourite scripted network TV shows made the cut!

     Hey bloggies,

     We’ve all had defining moments. It could be winning the big game, it could be losing someone you care about. Moments stand out in our minds, and they’re what make us who we are. The great thing is that everybody’s moments weave together to become the tapestry of life.

     I read an amazing essay tonight. Whether it’s true or not, it got me thinking about that tapestry, and the parts each of us play in everyone else’s moments, whether we know it or not. It may not seem like something major to you, but it’s those little bits of love we put out into the universe that make the world a better place for someone.

I don’t know who wrote this essay… it’s never been attributed to anyone, but it’s an amazing read.

     We talked to Center of Gravity head guy Scott Emslie this morning just as they announced the line-up for this year’s festival, and I, for one, am psyched! COG is going to be just great this year! Check out the COG website for info on all the announced acts!

     Tickets go on sale on Saturday, but we here at AM1150 want to help you jump the line. Center of Gravity have given us 400 tickets to sell lottery style. Stop by our studios at 435 Bernard Avenue TODAY (Tuesday, April 24^th) between 11:30 and 5pm, and then at show back up at 6pm when we start drawing names. Those folks will get the chance to purchase two 3-day tickets each. You have to be present to buy tickets!
