Kelowna RCMP still looking for a suspect after the stabbing of a 32 year old man in Rutland on Canada Day.

Police say the victim was attacked outside a Mac's store on Rutland Road North just before midnight on July 1st.  Police say his injuries were not life-threatening and they believe the attack was targetted.

The suspect is described as a scruffy man in his 30's, about 5' 10" tall, weighing 200 pounds with short brown hair.

    Kelowna RCMP say just after 9:00 am, a grey Toyota sedan was travelling south on Highway 97 south of Daimler Drive, when witnesses saw the driver, a 76-year-old woman, slump over behind the wheel and then watched helplessly as the car drifted into the oncoming northbound lane.

    A 32-year-old woman who was driving a blue Jeep, was not able to avoid the oncoming car and the ensuing collision spun both vehicles almost 180 degrees. Read More
