Some big news for Kelowna's Flightcraft today with the announcement of a three year deal to provide structural maintenance for Westjet.  There an an optional two-year extension of the contract in 2015.

Flightcraft says the deal amounts to about 100,000 hours of work at it's Kelowna operation every year.

Flightcraft President Barry LaPointe says the Westjet deal involves "nose to tail" maintenance work on 24 airplanes per year.
