If a polite, well-spoken man knocks on your door claiming to need a few bucks to have his vehicle towed....don't be too quick to hand out the cash.

Kelowna RCMP say a fraud artist, who has pulled this scam many times before, is at it again.

Police are advising residents to be on guard for a well-presented man in his 40's with short brown hair and hazel eyes.  He's 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
