Missing Lake Country girl found


**UPDATE:  Kelowna RCMP report that Shelsey Leys has been located.**

RCMP in Lake Country are searching for a 15 year old autistic girl reported missing.

Constable Kris Clark says Shelsey Leys left home at around 10:45 AM Monday morning and no one knows her whereabouts.

While she does suffer from autism but can communicate well and does not have a history of running away. 

None of Shelsey's friends have seen her and there is nothing to indicate where else she may have gone.

Shelsey is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • 5' tall and 90 lbs with a slim build
  • Light, sandy brown hair
  • And was last seen wearing a blue jacket, skinny jeans and a light blue scarf

Shelsey left her home on a small silver, pink and blue mountain bike.
