'Dilly's' Day with the Stanley Cup

Hockey fans didn't much care that it was 37 degrees outside and it looked like a good day to be at the beach.

Nothing would stop them from getting their picture taken with the Stanley Cup.

Los Angeles Kings goaltender coach Kim Dillabaugh brought the 'Cup' to Kelowna Sunday afternoon and the soft spoken coach was pleased that the public came out in huge numbers to see it.

"For sure it was on my bucket list. As a Canadian kid playing street hockey you always dream of lifting the Stanley Cup over your head. To get to do it first hand is an unbelievable experience."

Dillabaugh enjoyed hosting the Stanley Cup for the day before boarding a plane back to Los Angeles to meet with the Kings coaching staff.

Dillabaugh can be seen around Prospera Place during the hockey season too as he doubles as the Kelowna Rockets goaltending coach.
