Falcons lose top end player with playoff hopes fading

The Kelowna Falcons have lost one of their best players for the season.

Jace Conrad suffered a high hamstring injury at the West Coast League All-Star game and won't play again this season.

Conrad was batting .290 with the Falcons this summer and was second in hits with 42.

The Falcons sit in third place in the East Division. The top two teams from each division make the WCL post season.
