Kelowna Rockets forward Curt Gogol has been suspended for 5 games by the Western Hockey League for a hit to the head on Kootenay Ice forward James Martin Saturday night.
Gogol received a 5 minute major and game misconduct for charging.
Gogol won't play until December 11th when the Rockets are in Brandon in game three of an eastern conference road trip.
The Rockets return to action Wednesday when they pay a visit to Everett.
