March 9, 2010Rockets winning streak snapped at three.
A three goal second period lifted the Spokane Chiefs to a 5-2 win Tuesday night over the Kelowna Rockets. Brandon McMillan and Shane McColgan scored for the Rockets, who end the regular season with two games. The Rockets are in Vancouver Friday night before hosting Prince George Saturday. The Rockets remain in 6th place in the Western Conference, two points up on 7th place Kamloops.

The Westside Warriors have punched their ticket to the next playoff round against the Penticton Vees. The Warriors downed Trail 4-2 on Thursday, ending the best of seven series in five games.
