Michael Walker takes home money through Set for Life ticket
A Kelowna man is starting off the year with a lottery win.
Michael Walker from Kelowna picked up a winning Set for Life ticket at the Shoppers Drug Mart on Highway 33, and walked away with $675,000 dollars.
Walker says he's got a couple ideas for how to use the money, which include taking his girlfriend on a weekend getaway, and helping his mom retire.
Walker says overall, it still feels pretty surreal to be taking home the cash.
