RCMP in the North Okanagan fined a man for failing to clear snow from his windshield.
North Okanagan RCMP are asking motorists to properly clean heavy snow off their vehicles before operating them.
Southeast District Traffic Services pulled over a vehicle Sunday on Highway 97, who, outside of a peep hole on the drivers side, had the windshield completely covered in snow.
Not only was the man attempting to drive a snow covered vehicle, he was going 30 kilometers over the posted speed limit.
He was issued a ticket for driving without due care, before cleaning off his vehicle before heading on his way.
