Time running out to tell West Kelowna what you think
The public consultation process is winding down on a couple of West Kelowna initiatives on future development.
West Kelowna Council is considering a new plan for five properties in Gellatly Bay to create a mixed use village – it would include cafes, boutique shops, townhouses and apartments, vehicle and boat trailer parking, and public promenades and plazas.
Council is also looking at changing regulations for carriage houses and secondary suites.
Residents are asked to complete an online survey by Saturday, April 29th – and on May 17th – a public hearing is planned for Westbank Lions Hall.
