A 59 year-old man faces several charges after allegedly exposing himself inside a business yesterday afternoon in Rutland.
The suspect departed the store and left in a Dodge Ram pickup where he was eventually stopped by police.
Jeffrey Michael Gates has been charged with indecent exposure and failing to comply with his recognizance of bail out of Alberta.
Gates has been remanded in custody and will be back in court June 1st.
