The Regional District of Central Okanagan, in consultation with Interior Health, has removed a previously issued Boil Water Notice for residents served by the Star Place Water System in the Central Okanagan West Electoral Area.
The community water system services eight properties on Star Place off Trepanier Road near the Okanagan Connector (Hwy 97-C).
Turbidity in the water system sources has greatly improved since the Boil Water Notice was brought in May 24th.
Water quality is once again back to normal operating levels and within acceptable Guidelines for Canadian Drinking Water Quality.
