One tower would be largest ever built in city
Two downtown highrise towers, one which would be the largest ever built in Kelowna have been granted the rezoning required to proceed.
The towers – one 29 stories tall – the other 36 stories – are proposed for the northeast corner of Water Street and Sunset Drive.
The height of the buildings has yet to be debated by Kelowna council pending a presentation from the developer.
