Work to begin after 530 pm between Doyle to Cawston
On Monday, June 19th, depending on weather, motorists can expect Water Street between Doyle Avenue to north of Cawston Avenue to be closed for road resurfacing between 5:30 pm and midnight.
Motorist access to the Delta Grand Resort entrance and parking, Lake City Casino entrance and parking and Prospera Place parking will be open during paving.
The Queensway and Doyle roundabout will be accessible, however motorists will not be able to travel northbound from Doyle or southbound from Cawston.
There will be no on-street parking in the construction area during road resurfacing. Cars left on Water Street during this construction period will be courtesy towed. Visit kelowna.ca/parking to find alternate parking locations downtown.
Please obey signage and traffic safety personnel as every effort will be made to minimize disruptions for motorists, residents and businesses. Pedestrians are reminded to use designated cross walks around the construction zone.
