17yearold Jake Fehr had been missing since July
Police have identified a body that was found in West Kelowna over the weekend.
Saturday morning, RCMP were called out to Cougar Road, after a body was found in the woods beside MacDougall Creek.
That body has since been identified as that of 17-year-old Jake Fehr, who had been reported missing from his family's home on Chieftain Road.
Police say they don't believe the death was a homicide, and since handed over the lead on the investigation to the BC Coroners Service.
Fehr had been last seen in the early morning hours of July 13.
