Detours in place as sixlaning continues
As part of the six-laning project through Kelowna from Highway 33 to Edwards Road – the highway on-ramp by Auction World off Sexsmith Road and Old Vernon Road is closed to traffic.
In addition, the south-bound left-turn lane onto Commercial Drive will be permanently closed as of Sunday night, September 17, 2017.
Detour options are available via new Rutland Road, Acland Road and Edwards Road until the ultimate configurations of Sexsmith Road Intersection and new Rutland Road Intersection are completed.
