Kelowna man makes court appearance in triple murder

Jacob Forman charged with 3 counts of 2nd degree murder

34-year-old Jacob Forman appeared in court for the first time Thursday facing three charges of second degree murder.

Forman was taken into custody on Tuesday after three bodies were discovered inside a home on Bolotzky Court in Rutland. 

RCMP documents say Forman is charged with the killings of his wife of 10 years, 33-year-old Clara Forman and her two daughters – Karina and Yesenia.

In addition to the charges, Forman was given no contact orders for 13 people.

Forman's next court appearance is scheduled for January 18th.

RCMP have not released any details about how the victims were killed.
