The permanent closure is due to park and parking lot improvements.
Watt Road's direct access to Lakeshore Road will be permanently closed starting March 5th.
This will be a part of the process of improving the park and parking lot at Boyce-Gyro Park.
Following construction, which is expected to wrap up in June, a new access road next to the park will connect Watt Road to Lakeshore Road.
