The City of West Kelowna is currently conducting some emergency repairs to a water pressure reducing system, after a mechanical failure occured.
The system being repaired covers the Casa Loma area, and while some residents may be noticing some increased water pressure in their homes, there isn't too much to be worried about.
The mechanical failure will not be affecting the private water system in the area, and repairs should be completed later today.
At this time, water pressure levels have been reduced to an manageable level.
