All donations go towards MS research
The annual MS walk takes place this Sunday, May 27th in Kelowna at 9AM.
The walk begins in Stuart Park, and participants have a choice between a 2 kilometer and 5 kilometer walk.
Over 3,000 people are taking part in walks across the province to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis research. The fundraising goal for this year is $50,000.
Canada has the highest MS rate of any country, affecting over 100,000 Canadians. Most MS patients are diagnosed between the ages of 15 and 40.
