Seven suspects were arrested near Big White
Kelowna RCMP arrested seven people after recovering a number of stolen vehicles and bikes on Tuesday, June 12th.
A search warrant led to the discovery of four stolen bikes, a Jeep Patriot, and Volkswagen Jetta at a property in Beaverdell, just east of Kelowna.
Police also searched a location near Big White, where they found a stolen F350 truck, as well as a trailer full of 41 stolen bikes belonging to Myra Canyon Bike Rentals.
Total value of the stolen property amounts to more than $100,000.
Police say the seven suspects, six men and one woman, are well known criminals. One of them remains in police custody for an outstanding warrant from a separate offense.
