Thunderstorm overnight knocked out power to thousands
Just over 400 BC Hydro customers in West Kelowna are still without power after thunderstorms overnight.
The outages were caused by trees dropping on power lines.
In Kelowna – FortisBC says a couple of hundred Rutland residents are still without power as of 9:00 this morning.
FortisBC also says crews are also dealing multiple outages in Oliver, Beaverdell and Carmi.
