Canada Day closures

City Hall closed on Monday, July 2

In celebration of Canada Day this year, City Hall will be closed Monday, July 2 for the statutory holiday.

The Glenmore Landfill will be open regular hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Parkinson Recreation Centre will be open adjusted holiday hours on Sunday, July 1, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Monday, July 2, from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. 

City of Kelowna property taxes are due by midnight on Tuesday, July 3. During the weekend and closure, residents can make their payment using online and telephone banking through their financial institution or by using one of the secure drop boxes located at the Water Street entrance to City Hall, Doyle Avenue parking lot exit or at the Parkinson Recreation Centre front counter. Please do not deposit cash in the drop boxes. For more details, visit kelowna.ca/propertytax.
