Vacant propertys garden shed set ablaze
Kelowna firefighters were called out to a garden shed fire in the middle of the night.
At about 3:40, the call came in for the fire at a vacant property in Rutland on Moyer Road, just west of Morrison.
The shed was fully engulfed, as the fire had grown to 100 square feet by the time crews arrived.
It was quickly put out, and did not spread to neighbouring properties.
The cause is officially unknown, though it's suspected that it was likely from squatters, who'd been seen earlier on the site.
