McKinley Beach Marina could also be expanded
It was a day of housing developments at Kelowna City Council on Monday.
City councillors forwarded a proposed townhouse project on Kneller Road to public hearing. It'll feature nine, three-storey units with attached double garages.
Permits were also issued for 12, two-storey townhomes on the corner of McClure and Lakeshore Roads – and at McKinley Beach: 30 units of new semi-detached housing in the 'Hilltown' phase.
Council also supported expanding the existing McKinley Beach Marina from 110 boat slips to 180.
