Its a waiting game
Starbuds is still waiting for a licence from the BC Government to open it's legal pot shop in Lake Country.
Starbuds Director Dave Martyns says the store will be ready to go tomorrow. All renovations are complete.
For now..they're waiting for the phone to ring with the good news.
Starbuds could yet have the distinction of being the first legal pot shop in the Central Okanagan.
Indigneous Bloom has two stores open in our area on First Nations land. They do not have licences.
