School bus and another vehicle hit
Kelowna mounties are looking for the driver of a pick-up truck who hit a school bus and another vehicle on Springfield Road yesterday.
Police say the truck was travelling eastbound in the westbound lanes – on Springfield near Gerstmar at around 3:45 pm – when it side-swiped the bus – and hit another vehicle.
No-one was hurt – but both the bus and vehicle were damaged.
Police say the suspect truck is an older model, single cab Chevy, brown-grey in colour, with a 2-tone front quarter panel and door.
It likely sustained damage to the drivers-side.
