Blaze was on Deer Ridge Court
A grass fire in West Kelowna on Deer Ridge Court near Old Okanagan Highway was quickly extinguished today.
Reports indicated residents were working to douse the fire before West Kelowna fire rescue crews arrived.
There's no indication how it started, but conditions are ripe today for fires – windy, dry and temperatures near 30 degrees.
