Blaze in building under construction
A fire overnight damaged a building under construction near Kelowna's Gyro Beach.
When fire crews arrived just before 1:00 am – they found smoke and flames coming from the top floors of the building on Lakeshore Road at Richter.
Firefighters helped limit the damage to a couple of suites on the 6th floor – the cause is being investigated.
