Collisions in parkades are rare, but Kelowna Parking Manager Dave Duncan says they hear about a lot of close calls.
And it's not just cars.
"The last collision I'm aware of was actually someone on one of those scooter things… that you see kids riding. Because we have them on skateboards that are a problem in our parkades."
Duncan wants to remind people that the speed limit in parkades is 10km per hour.
