RCMP are investigating a threat the prompted the precautionary closure of a high school in Enderby yesterday.
On Wednesday, May 14th, 2025, shortly after 1 p.m., the Vernon North Okanagan RCMP received a report of an unspecified threat directed at a secondary school in Enderby. Frontline officers attended the school to assist staff and ensure the safety both the students and staff. As a precautionary measure, police and school administration arranged an early dismissal for the day and students were moved to an alternate location for pickup.
A complete and thorough investigation has been conducted and at this point, no credible evidence has been found that would substantiate the threat,
