You’re invited to participate in the 2025 Community Survey to share feedback on city services and provide insight into special topics related to Council’s priorities. Complete the survey online at shapeyourcitypenticton.ca or by filling out a paper version available at City Hall and the Community Centre. The deadline for providing feedback is June 1, 2025.
“Everyone is strongly encouraged to take the opportunity to share this vital feedback,” said Mayor Julius Bloomfield. “The information collected in this survey will help Council understand the community’s perception of current service levels and also provide insight on how Council can continue delivering on our priorities of being a Safe & Resilient and Livable & Accessible place to live.”
The last community-wide survey was conducted in 2023. These surveys typically ask a similar set of questions in order to benchmark against prior results both within Penticton and compared to other cities.
Residents who are registered with shapeyourcitypenticton.ca may also received a targeted invitation to complete the survey. The City will be conducting a random sample of the engagement platform database of over 7,708 members in conjunction with the version for the community-at-large.
Anyone who participates in the survey can enter into a draw to win one of ten $100 grocery gift cards.
