A 49-year-old man has been charged with aggravated assault stemming from a December 2024 altercation.
Penticton RCMP said Richard Clauson has been charged by the BC Prosecution Service after a thorough investigation.
It stems from a Dec. 22 call at a restaurant along Skaha Lake Road that sent a 28-year-old man to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Clauson will appear in court in Penticton on June 4, 2025.
