The Town of Oliver announced the hiring of Paul Sizemore as its Director of Development Services effective June 2, 2025. Sizemore will be responsible for the Town’s long term planning, current planning, subdivision and community development, as well as managing building inspection and bylaw enforcement.
“Mr. Sizemore brings 20 years’ experience in urban and regional planning. As the former Director of Community Development and Neighbourhood Services for the City of Fort Collins, and more recently the Executive Director for the North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization, Mr. Sizemore has the necessary experience and knowledge to join the Town of Oliver in this position, and we are excited that he will be joining our Team,” said Chief Administrative Officer, Wayne Anderson.

The Development Services department has some substantial projects to be completed in 2025 and I am looking forward to bringing them to fruition.
