More than $50k raised by Tim Hortons Smile Cookies for YMCA of Southern Interior BC

The 2026 Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign in Kelowna sold more than 29,000 cookies in support of the YMCA’s Healthy Snacks Program for children and youth. Booming sales helped raise $59,390.86 for the YMCA of Southern Interior BC.

The Y Southern Interior BC’s Healthy Snacks Program provides healthy food options to children participating in child care, after-school programs, and other community initiatives.

In a press release The YMCA thanked all Kelowna Tim Hortons restaurant owners, team members, and volunteers.

“This generous contribution will make a meaningful and lasting impact on children and families in our community,” said Tammie Watson, VP of Marketing & Philanthropy. “Thanks to the support of Tim Hortons and the overwhelming response from residents, we can continue to expand our Healthy Snacks Program and ensure more children have access to the nutrition they need to succeed.”
