We are starting a new week with significantly better air quality in the Okanagan.
Kelowna's air quality is rated as low, which is a sharp contrast to the smoky, hazy conditions we experienced last week, which kept many people cooped up indoors.
The weather should also help the air quality, with a mix of sun and cloud this week and highs in the low 20's, which is uncharacteristically cool for this time of the year.
Rain is forecast for Wednesday, with a 60 percent chance of some precipitation.
