The Lake Country RCMP are investigating a case of arson.
A trailer fire Wednesday night had emergency crews rushing to the scene on Pelmewash Parkway.
A black SUV was seen fleeing the scene at the time of the fire.
The property owner was out of town at the time of the fire and no one was hurt.
Investigators will be in the area of the scene throughout the next few days canvassing for video and looking for witnesses.
