A West Kelowna man accused of attempted murder is set to go to trial on June 4th, 2018.
Charles William Maskell was first arrested on December 2nd, 2016 after allegedly shooting Robert Delve
Maskell, who has no previous criminal record, also faces charges of aggravated assault and unlawfully possessing and discharging a firearm.
Additionally, at the time of the arrest, police searching Maskell's residence found evidence that suggested the house was being used in trafficking drugs such as coccaine and GHB. No charges have been filed against Maskell relating to this, however.
Another West Kelowna man was also arrested at the same time with Maskell, but was later released.
Jury selection for the trial is scheduled to take place on June 4th.
