The new Coldstream Community Hall is nearing completion and will feature an event venue with capacity to host 210 people banquet style with the option for a smaller meeting room with capacity to host 55 people. A grand opening event will take place on May 26, 2023 to celebrate the completion of this fantastic new amenity for the community. On May 5, 2023, the Hall will begin accepting rental requests for various event types, including weddings, celebrations of life, concerts, performances, and large or small meetings, that will be taking place between June 5, 2023 and June 27, 2025. The purpose of this release is to outline the process for how rental requests will be accepted and processed.
June to December 2023 Rentals
Booking requests are now being accepted and decisions regarding event allocation will start by May 12, 2023. June 2023 requests will be accepted on a tentative basis and considered based upon final facility operations.
January 2024 to June 2025 Rentals
Booking requests are now being accepted and decisions regarding event allocation will start by May 26, 2023.
Booking requests will be accepted on an ongoing basis thereafter and will be processed within one (1) week of submission.
