Central Okanagan Search and Rescue conducted two rescues on Sunday - this after beginning their day with a four-hour training session on wildfire safety.
At around 1:00 pm - crews attended to an injured mountain biker on the Kettle Valley Railway.
A woman in her 60's, a tourist from South Africa, crashed and suffered head injuries and a possible concussion - she was apparently not wearing a helmet.
She was stabilized and turned over to BC ambulance services.

And at around 7:00 pm - a Quebec man in his 20's was rescued at Christie Falls up Bear Creek Road in West Kelowna.
He took a fall off a rope swing and sustained serious injuries to his lower body.
16 COSAR members, with help from 4 Penticton search and rescue rope team members, and a member of the Prince George search and rescue rope team who was in the area, helped stabilize the subject while a Cormorant helicopter from 442 squadron in Comox was dispatched.
The victim was then airlifted to Kelowna General Hospital where he's recovering.
