Kelowna RCMP and COSAR continue to search the area east of Kelowna for Gordon Solloway.
Gordon Solloway is a seventy-four year old male who left his home at approximately 7:30 AM, on Thursday, September 26th, with plans to head up towards James Lake.
He was supposed to return home within a few hours.
Gordon Solloway’s family and the Kelowna RCMP are concerned for his health and wellbeing as he has some mobility and health issues and has not been in contact with anyone.
Gordon Solloway uses a cane to assist with his mobility. He left his home in a 2012 Dodge Ram, grey in colour with a BC licence plate of HM3670.
A photograph of a similar truck is being released in hopes that it will assist in locating Solloway.
Additional information about the truck; there is a tonneau cover over the box, a subtle red stripe down the side, and a "Kelowna Ram" sticker in the rear window
The Kelowna RCMP have obtained video footage of Gordon Solloway gassing up his truck on Hwy 33 in Rutland, shortly after leaving his home.
As such, both the RCMP and his family are very concerned for his health and well-being.
