It is going to cost you more to dispose garbage and tires at the Westside Residential Waste Disposal Center on Asquith Road in West Kelowna.
Starting June 1st, a bag of garbage will cost you a buck more, going from $2.50 to $3.50.
Tires and rims will go up from a dollar per tire to 3 bucks.
The Regional Board says the increases are in line with tipping fee increases that started January 1st at the City of Kelowna's Glenmore Landfill.
