Sunday afternoon, the Kelowna Fire Department responded to a report of someone falling through the ice on a pond near the Mission Dog Park.
When crews arrived to the area, shortly after 4:00 pm, they found a man and woman with a dog - who were all out of the water and on dry land.
Fire crews and BC Ambulance assessed the couple, who were wet and cold, but unhurt. Neither was transported to hospital.
The fire department reminds everyone with the spring melt beginning - ice conditions are not safe.
