A couple was arrested in West Kelowna on Monday afternoon, after they were caught trying to commit credit card fraud.
At about 5:15, police were called to a local business, where a 23-year-old woman and 30-year-old man were in the midst of a shopping spree, with the use of a stolen credit card.
The man was arrested in the store while officers caught up to the woman in the parking lot.
Both were kept in jail overnight, and appeared in court on Wednesday to face charges including Identity Theft, Identity Fraud, and Impersonation.
The RCMP says both are from out of province, and are under investigation for similar crimes committed in other cities.
