One person is dead after a two vehicle accident Sunday near Vernon.
A truck traveling southbound on Highway 6 crossed the centre line, colliding head on with an east bound vehicle.
While the driver of the pickup suffered minor injuries, the lone occupant in the car died at the scene.
No name has been released.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
