In a statement, Enbridge says their natural gas pipeline should be operational by mid-November, following last week's explosion near Prince George.
The construction site is currently being prepared, and the National Energy Board will have to give the green light before the pipeline can start flowing again.
When that happens, the 36-inch TSouth line will be running at a reduced pressure of 80 percent as a precaution.
The other 30-inch TSouth line was repaired on October 11th.
In the meantime, Fortis customers are being asked to continue to limit their natural gas use.
The cause of the explosion remains under investigation, although criminality is not suspected.
