Thanks to weather being cooler and dryer weather than expected, emergency response crews are rolling back evacuation alerts and orders.
The largest affects the people who live at 439 homes in the Scotty Creek subdivision in Ellison, as their evacuation alert has been cancelled.

And earlier on Friday, evacuation orders were also rescinded for homes on Marshall and Richter Streets.
Officials are asking people to realize that the risk of flooding is still a possibility, and that you should keep sandbags in place until the flood watch has ended, and otherwise keep prepared for the situation to change quickly.
