Kelowna firefighters arrived at the 200 block of Rutland Road South in response to an emergency call at 6:30 AM to find a motorhome consumed by flames.
Two fire engines and a command unit were able to put out the blaze relatively quickly, although significant damage had already been done to the motorhome.
Fire Department Platoon Commander Tim Light says that foul play is not suspected at this time.
"Our investigators are looking at it right now," says Light. "They don't feel that it's suspicious in nature."
The exact cause of the fire is still under investigation.
